I never said real life rape wasnt that deep. I said this NON FICTION manga shouldnt have yall REAL PEOPLE at war! Please remember that none of this is real and only a story. I have problems with rape in yaoi cause I just see it as lazy writting and just used waaaay too much!! I've been reading yaoi for 10 years maybe and this whole rape thing is just annoying to see. I get why others like it and try not to bully them into changing their preferences because its NOT REAL OKAY?
I agree with you. Rape in real life is not okay, and rape in a webcomic is also not okay, but they don't have the same level of seriousness. Honestly my biggest issue wit rape in a webcomic is that unless it is dealt with properly, it can give off the "rape is okay" vibe, and perpetuate the issue.
