monosodium glutamate. it's a flavour enhancer/food seasoning commonly used in asia..but honestly it does make everything yummier

MSG is a flavour enhancer, can be found naturally in seaweed, tomatoes or cheese. MSG is banned in the some countries in the west due to racism (a guy did an experiment by melting MSG and injecting it into a mouse. The mouse died so they banned MSG. Now imagine melting salt and injecting it into a mouse lol. I wonder if it would die). Funny thing is, that all chips brands still use MSG.

honestly asians have been using it for a long time and we have a lot of old people here..ugh white people
