I don't think it's meant to be a flashback since they're at the work retreats/team building thing.

I think it's a flash back cause hen speaks of ivan like he doesn't know him and his haircut is different and ivan isnt supposed to be at the retreat in the present, but I alec and Noah s part is not a flashback
