I heard a spoiler that in the previous time line the dad rllly loved his daughter but I think he acted cold because he probably didn’t want the emperor to target someone who was important to him or something and when she was sent in the shadow room, her father gave her the sword so she can escape and protect herself when the crown prince rescues her and flees. But when she died in the last timeline her father went berserk and massacred almost everyone in the kingdom
I feel like him ignoring his daughter was his round about way of trying to protect her by not letting people know how much he valued and adored her. Either that... or he’s just really bad at expressing emotion

I've just read until chapter 6 & here's my question. Q1. If the dad is good why the heck did he ignore his daughter (his original daughter)? Q2. Did the prince actually wants to save her before she killed herself? & if so, damn i wanna see his & the father's reaction after that happened
