Kay was the person whom yoon worked under for money laundering. All thought Kay had died from an car accident. Yoon had to take over Kay's work and that is how he had to personally deal with Vasya.
As I told before all though he died but Kay is an undercover agent who staged his death. And his real name is Oliver or something. Vasya knows the truth about Kay's identity but Yoon doesn't. Kay is in love with Yoon and wants Vasya to be jailed so he can Yoon away.
