right, i haven't seen spoilers but we know they didn't get along with the imperial family and for all we know he wasn't even fond of his sister (since i haven't heard her being brought up), i'm assuming it was all an act but she was not in it and unfortunately took a drastic measure （￣へ￣）
now i'm heart broken realizing that the father probably only spoke of her with affection to the crown prince the first time around like the second life and it could've been a huge misunderstanding when the prince came because he probably wasn't going to kill her but because she never knew about her father's intentions, she ended her life....like i wanna see how he reacted after he heard what she did </3
