I think all the poison and whatever shit was a mean to drive her out of the emperor’s eyes. So they made that up with the intention of idk, fake her death or something, then she could go live quietly somewhere.
My speculation is : they made up a scheme for her good, but since there are a lot of misunderstanding between them, she didn’t get it

I think the same orrrrr the girl that was poison is a bad person that wants her to die cuz she was obsesse with the EX ... N the EX wanted to get rid of her too ..it was an acting ..
