slutty or sly uke who pursues the seme (bonus if they have long hair but its okay if not) so basically the slutty or sly uke is pursuing the seme. He could be seducing the seme ot teasing him to get his attention. But the seme couldnt care less about him. It could be that seme hates the uke because he is slutty or that maybe uke isnt his type. It could be that seme is in love with another. Or maybe seme is straight or whatever the reason just that he avoids or atleast "try" to avoid uke's advances towards him but later on learns to fall in love with uke and they get together.
