Yes. Open relationship exist although not that common because it require mutual understanding, respect and consent. I feel like most of them that are in open relationship are those with kinky sexual life and uncontrollable libido, idk. I never knew anyone near me like that but I've heard a lot about them when i studied in uni.
Yea open relationships exist, i know some people in open relationships and it’s not necessarily a kinky thing or a sex thing even, also not all open relationships are the same, it really depends of what both parties agree on and are willing to accept
