No no no, those are fake lotus a.k.a green tea bitches. Real white lotus is indeed innocent and pure person(not just women, men too) but also often too weak or oblivious to survive. Real white lotuses are supposed to be good term but sometimes seen as ignorantly innocent while fake lotuses are just bitches in sheep clothing
