Yes. He’s scared to tell her that he will lose her but he doesn’t get that he will 100% lose her if he keeps lying to her
They're arguments are contradicting each other like he doesn't want to have children but he wants her to get treatment which her sickness is actually making her not have a baby but of course he doesn't know this so he's excused for that. Then her, she doesn't want to get treatment but she wants to have children with him but he doesn't want to. I swear if they could just be honest with each other and talk it out none of this wouldn't have happened ╮(￣▽￣)╭
