Does anyone remmeber the name of the bl where one of them dies young and the other ages and dies in the hospital and they reunite in heaven? Like the last lane, is them hugging each other in the sky as an airplane passes. I think there might be a KOREAN drama adaptation coming too or smth? Please help!
