Her dad can fuck off, I’m just sick and tired of these stories having the dad suddenly care or show some basic human affection, and we’re expected to forgive them and go aww when they interact with the MC? I get it, people can have second chances and change, but he had plenty of fucking chances. The only reason he “changed” was because the MC spoke up and defended her mom, how dare he even care if the mom married someone else when he’s the one who never came looking for her and married someone else.
