I was wondering the same thing actually. I’m not sure what the age gap between them is, so the seme could’ve sexually assaulted him while they were both still minors, which would make it non-paedophilia. It’s sexual assault nonetheless, but I’m not entirely sure if it was paedophilia.

Now if the seme wasn’t a minor then that’s a completely different story, but I’m honestly not sure.
