He is smoldering. I think it's expected because his expressions are softer. Also, usually authors drawings become better the longer they draw a particular character.
There is one weird shot of Nakyum, the scene where he first sees Seungho outside , the face looks funny but otherwise, Nakyum also has been drawn more mature and beautiful, especially in his sex scenes.
