It is quite literally not her job steer another person to salvation. She has a lot on her plate with her father being sick, now Rose being sick, and struggling to not get found out. She has been clear she has no intention of reciprocating his feelings. So why does she need to be nice to him? Plus he is creepy af. I get he can't help it but its not her responsibility to make him a better person. He should actively search for that himself. Maybe she would like him more if he made even a base level effort to be a better person on his own without her telling him what to do.

I have saw some comments saying that although both MLs are creeps, MC is treating better Ignis and that it's unfair for Letio. Although i feel bad for him, it isn't MC responsibility to do anything just like you said. She doesn't need to treat him better if she doesn't want to. And he is way more creepier than Ignis.
