I kinda think the brother was lying cause he looked like he was suspicious of someone looking for his brother but who knows. And yeah if the twist is hes a ghost it doesnt make sense since hes ready interacted with people its prob some miscommunication or something
That’s what I am thinking because on the first chapter it mentions how he is unfriendly and stuff and the coworker tell him how he may have a thing for him
The brother is prolly being dramatic and the grandma couldn't see well. The guy at the shop might be new or something. I mean, Mizuki interacted with other people and they could see him so it's not like he was a ghost from the start.
