Before dyes were "invented" (or at least the dyes we usually use), people dyed their hair. Usually in a reddish or dark brown thanks to henna and some other plant pigments ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

On a serious note, not every plant works and not all plants are safe to use, so be careful when trying to use plants as pigments. FL, I hope you know what you're doing!
