that they insinuate having sexual relations...but I wish it was like lucia or under the oak tree where you can really feel the sexual tension, and also really see him caressing her body and her getting excited over it haha. also some sexy scenes like in lucia.

I can't wait to see the duke's reaction when she wears that wedding dress

Yeah, their lovemaking isn't really explicit like in Lucia or Under the Oak Tree. The webtoon also doesn't properly conveyed some scenes. Same goes for the novel, where the former two have explicit sex scenes while the latter does not. However, their kisses are being described pretty detailed, like using tongue, whether the kiss itself is rough or soft.

Some scenes in the novel are omitted in the webtoon, and when it comes to intimacy, scenes such as the duke kissing her wrist and slowly kissing up to her arm, or when he caress her etc are more plainly obvious in the novel. He also sucked her fingers playfully, or nibbled her ears. All these aren't shown in the webtoon, to my disappointment.

what a waste of an opportunity to set it apart from the other reincarnation stories

Yeah, but this webtoon is still refreshing imo. I like that the FMC is someone we could relate to(to an extent that is). I also like how the ML doesn't just 180° change overnight just because he fell for the FMC, but gradually improving over a series of interaction with the FMC.

Although I still can't help but want those extra juices that were in the novel to be shown in the webtoon as well ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

Lol if anything he’s the one male lead in a reincarnation that does the 180. Prior to the party they met in, He would literally ruin the life of a person who annoyed him...doesn’t matter who...she had the gull to not only talk rudely but make him wait in line

and just because this girl said a few words to him during that party and tells him “it’s not your fault” swoons and BEDS HER knowing the consequences of “giving your first time to someone” he wants to chain her to him instead of courting her first. They only spent one night together! Lol

If anyone, it’s the female lead that fell for the male lead through the series of interactions. She was vehemently and ready to pass him on to someone else and be happy with that...but she really fell for him after he kept showing how different he acts with her than he does with other women and people in general.

It’s fine though. It’s sweet how he fell for her.

Idk. He still retains his ruthlessness when he first fell for her. He's selfish, and only thinks what he wants, just like in the novel that Ripley transmigrated into. He even went as far as to justify his actions because "Ripley likes him" during her drunken confessions.

In the novel, he didn't ruin Ripley when Ripley was rude to him, because he noticed she was drunk, hence why he thought "I'm not gonna argue with a drunk noble lady". Contrary to the rumor concerning him, which was exaggerated btw, he's not gonna destroy anyone who annoyed him. It was shown that the exaggerated rumor is something he didn't mind, because it worked in his favour. Also in the second chapter, every rumor that Etoire heard(when Ripley met with Etoire) was debunked by Ripley.

Of course during the course of their interaction, Ripley noted that there is some differences between the Geronis she read and the Geronis she interacted with(which is what made her fell for him, because the Geronis she read is not someone to show his worry or emotions that easily). Anyways, he is still ruthless, still disregard her opinions when it clashes against him, but through a series of events, he changed gradually. You'll be able to see the differences later by comparing the early parts of the story, in the middle, and when the story reaches the end. Hence why I said he didn't do a 180° turn, maybe like... uhh a 45° change? Lol.
