You can't see the details, but you have a general idea. Since I don't see much of her fathers features in her, I would think Shizuku's mom looks like her in makeup.

the only part you don't see is her eyes... but if you look at Mitty and Takaya they don't have their father's eyes... so there for put their eyes on their Mom and you can pretty much figure out she looks like an older version of Mitty.
