I literally just had that same thought. it kinda feels like the adapters just gave up and are speeding through it which is SO sad cuz like, lowkey, this is the best part of the novel
Totally agree, at first it did not look that rushed but now everything is so fast
I agree with you all. I mean I get that it’s flashbacks and many may want to see the present but I think slowing it down wouldn’t hurt. Especially for new readers I think taking it slower would be better, if I hadn’t read the novel previously idk if I would understand much.
