Dude. This isn’t about self preservation. The guy was programmed to raise and look after children, which we see he has done well. But his programming does not include sex or Knowsley on what is considered assault or rape- he’s basically like a child in that regards, too naive to know any better because his programmers never gave him the right information or tools to deal with these situations.
