Well uhh, yea sure there are more girl who like romance movie than action, but actually I like action more! Fantasy too, Im not fond of kdramas and other romance movie cuz it's so boring T_T but well Im sure there are more girl out there who's like action more than romance
The stereotype based on the action of majority. Sure there's a girl who like to watch action & fantasy but they're in minority, thus u always saw such a thing in manga.

I agree, in america i felt the same way. Me and my friends would go watch disney movies, or a mystery, or fantasy action. Everywhere ive been to in south east asia however, is the opposite
can i just say why do they always portray that girls only like to watch "romance" i've seen this so much in mangas plzz the stereotype T_T it usually goes like "yeah i usually accompany my ex gf to watch boring romance movies " or "thanks for coming man my gf only watches romance and she doesn't want to watch this action movie with me" or even everytime a girl goes to theatre you'll see her watching only romance movies in mangas lol(￣∇￣")
