So is the noona Nakyum’s biological sister or just a terminology? She’s rich enough to have guards yet I was under the impression Nakyum was from a poor family
This is probably my lack of understanding of history if someone can enlighten me

    They are not biologically related. Nakyum was abandoned by his parents and left outside of the Kisaeng household, where he was taken in by Kisaengs. Heena was directly born a Kisaeng, I believe, or she became a Kisaeng later on in her life. Either way, they are not related.
