It's not newly released per say, but Toshokan no Daimajutsushi is absolutely amazing (it's also not a manhwa, so extra not what your looking for, but I reccomend anyway, it's god level)

Most of these are really / fairly new (expecially in female MC category) unless they have very few chapters, if you want the ones with more chapters then Cheating Men Must Die, Elqueeness, Reader, and some of the other Male MC ones can help.
