This though haha I see so many comments where people are talking shit about Nao being stupid and not appreciating Yowu, but not enough about Yowu being stupid for never voicing his feelings and even flat out friendzoning himself with his own words. Honestly though I think this whole story is kind of nonsensical and paced weird.... but Yowu and Nao are both indeed idiots haha

This. I understand why people are frustrated with Nao, but Yowu is even more frustrating (and pathetic imo). I understand the fear of changing their dynamic, but the dude seriously has no balls. Shoujo heroines have more guts than he does.
Okay. I am just ... Nao SPECIFICALLY ASKED Yowu about whether he should date someone like Yowu with the implied question of dating Yowu himself and Yowu just basically claimed he was not interested in Nao!!!! As stupid as Nao is, Yowu isn't much smarter!!!! He needs to tell Nao how he feels, because if he doesn't and just keeps on with the family crap, Nao is NEVER GONNA KNOW!!!! And I bet that once Nao thinks on it a little, he will decide he WANTS to give it a try with Yowu. But no. Our idiot seme has to keep shooting himself in the foot.
