I'm pretty sure it was when Sukuna massacred all those people. Like, Inumaki somehow got caught on the edges of it, and that's why Yuta wants to kill Itadori. I'm really sad about that, I really wanted them to be friends, they're so similar.
the elders are manipulating yuuta to get itadori killed. he clearly doesn't know what actually happened in tokyo. and the elders are probably brushing alot of crap under the rug just to focus on eliminating yuuji. its like they're saying "this dude hurt your friend. i won't explain the details but i'm pretty sure he hurt your friend". and yuuta is obviously overwhelmed by anger rn so he's just doing whatever they told him to do
