Is the new volume about badass women?

Went and got the new volume, apparently these 2 were just a special case. The rest goes back to typical villianess stuff with a twist...favourite one is chapter 6 though. Very unique and beautiful art style and has a comedic ending. It seems that while Villianess thinks that everyone hates her, everyone was actually secretly fangirling for her lmao.
