there's probably more to it. shiho hasn't mentioned how everything happened yet, and shiho seems a lot more guilty.
Hoshi just like a child, he doesnt think much. Wooshin must have known how naive, cherished Hoshi when he treated him, but he decided to let the bad thoughts consumed him and hurted Hoshi :^(
Dam this bitch really ruined shiho just because he was bitter? Bitter that shiho wasnt the same as him??? Id understand whyd he feel betrayed cuz he probs thinks shiho was ‘making fun’ or like mocking him for exaggerating his struggles whereas he was experiencing ‘real’ pain.
But are you really going to traumatize/scar someone like that just ‘cause they didnt go thru the same shit as you?
