Yes I.g my cramps are so bad and I use birth control to help stop them but damn they be kicking my ass and I'm a trans man and so when I go into the men's bathroom there's no box to put used pass in (public restrooms) my job doesn't have a family bathroom

Omg I'm sorry it's completely fine I mean even if you use it as a starter to a sentence I would most likely use or refer to someone as a woman if they mentioned a period and to your question um I think it depends on how bad your cramps are I use birth control amd it sum what works but that's bc I get really bad cramps

I think that if they aren't as intense than they might work better but yes they do work and help relieve pain
