Well, part of the problem is that the emperor never discussed anything with the twins and made decisions for them (after being influenced by Duke Rosea), thus hurting them in the process and making them feel abandoned by him.

can someone tell me why everybody hates the emperor for hurting the kids when it was the woman that threatened him so he couldn't make contact with the kids.
