Yeah, this is kinda tough. She was on land when she turned to pearls, while Eunwoo was in the water and didn't leave a bunch of pearls. So I think she is dead. Eunwoo states in this chapter that he thinks the reason he turned into a merman was because he was in the ocean. His aunt was not.

Eunwoo left pearls. End of chapter 73 you can see them.
He was in the ocean so maybe that was why he was able to become a mermaid.
And even if not, like, you'd think it's worth a try to throw the damn pearls to see if she comes back.
