I honestly have no clue anymore. If he goes into chibi mode it'd explain why the subordinate (I forgot his name, oops) was shocked, but then again, no one expects to see their boss sitting underneath their office desk, do they?
I also didn't realize at first but yes, he goes into chibi it's crazy XD I think it's portraiting how he feels but it does seem he turn chibi
