I read quite a few news where women were kidnpped and then kept prisoners, they even gave birth from their kidnappers. Its really scary and damaging. It can be awkward to scream for help, but it's better than anything else.
Of you have a phone in you maybe send out an SOS contact some kind of emergency line with your location, and I would scream depending on if I was close to other people/cars. I would maybe try to take out the driver if I could without crashing the car lol
Or maybe take a picture of the man and send it to friends/family
