If we look at it as they said in the manga... yes. But I can't believe it! It's just impossible... Looks like a mistake in the logic to me... :/

I think you mean the seme? And the manga says he's 8 years younger than his uncle not 8 years old. So the younger version must be around 13-14 years old and 4 years later he's probably around 18 years old. Hope that helped!
