Could be. Tbh Ueda acted more like the matchmaker rather than the boyfriend. He's so eager for the seme and uke to spend more time together plus he knows about the uke feelings towards the seme and their past history. It's fishy.
I don't like cheating, BUT! judging from the boyfriend reaction (Ueda?) I think they are in an open relationship or something (if that's the case then it's ok). I like the hot smexy parts, the adorable uke, and the flashback parts.
