nonverbal consent ... as in WILLINGLY going along with sexual acts without actually saying yes. That wasn't the case in this situation and the blond is just a creepy disgusting guy, but "silent consent" is really just nonverbal consent which is really hard to prove so all in all EVERYONE should make sure to always get CLEAR an VERABL consent before and even during just to be safe
