I find it sad that the twins were abused, but I honestly dont think their father abandoned them. Im just ready to get the full story of him and the twins' mother. I also admire the emperor. His story is sad too. He wanted to stay loyal to his wife even after his death, but he ended ho getting a curse, raped, and two children he didn't know how to interact with. He also has to deal with the gossip of nobles who dont know the full story and just assume the king liked to play. On top of that he doesn't get emotions that well, so it all must have been hard. People say he should have tried harder to get the twins, but nobody looks at it from his perspective. I dont think it is as simple as hiring someone to kill her..
FINALLY someone other than me said it, I'm so happy that I might forget I cried like a baby just now (▰˘◡˘▰) fairytailpiano42
I' m glab other people think that too. To be honest, emperor is probably one of my most favorite characters. I dont like how people are not even trying to be understanding of him. The emperor and twins relationship was bound to be complex for the start.
