This one has a happy ending but personally i didnt like this. All the cliches were dumped here and because so many things were happening pacing was weird. Hope youll like this tho cause its looong. Lol
The manga is coloured its either korean or chinese. I think it was shounen ai and it was about a guy that had a one sided crush for 3 years and delivered pineapple buns and lunch to his crush all the time. Then one day he decides that he doesnt like him and wont put in the effort and then his crush starts to like him. There is another guy with blonde hair and he went to military. The main character had i think kidney or lung cancer and went to another country for treatment for 5 years and left his crush behind. His crush waited for him to return.
