I don’t see it that way. She’s not a mind reader so why would she know about the princes feelings. Also, she’s not like forcing him to live his life a certain way she’s just pushing him to leave the room and be a bit more social so he doesn’t turn out to be a psychopath. It’s also been covered he’s already kicked out several people and she couldn’t stop him from kicking her out if he really wanted to. I don’t think he really has an issue with her. He’s just guarded and prickly because of all his past experiences
