It is veryyy toxic but ig the author's point was to kinda show how they started off as rlly immature to becoming mature by going thru stages of relationship but it's honestly too unrealistic but thank god naruse doesnt hurt yuki physically
correct me if im wrong but in real life, this might be considered as toxic relationship.
