No, I think what you read were a bit misinterpreted. Sung Jin-woo did get to summon Kamish as his dragon but they only had a bit of time to converse since Kamish, in the end didn’t make it because too much time had passed. During the short time they conversed, I guess they were some pats and talks along the way (=・ω・=)
