Well we know the dads a nut but other than that we have seen any characters show malice towards woo and the story as a whole didnt seem to be going in that direction its mostly been fluff so to have like a serious abduction from a new character would be to bizarre in the plot. The fathers reason for sending woo to america was his relationship with cha so his reason for kidnapping woo would probably be the same as he wanted woo to finish his studies in america so either the dad kidnapped him bcus he found out cha was in america and theyre were still messing around with each other and then woo found out he was pregnant in korea and his dad had him on locked down for two weeks so he couldnt contact cha which made him run away in the middle of night to see cha OR woo got sick found out hes pregnant runs away or is forced to come home without communicating cha but someone said above that apparently the dad doesnt find out about the pregnancy till later so as far as that goes idk.

Why are all of you lost? He dropped the tomatoes, ran to threw up, went to the hospital found out hes pregnant ran away to korea bcus he didnt know how to tell cha yet or had to tell his dad. Cha found out woo wasnt home and went back to korea and cha was gonna go to his dads house the next day to ask for permission to marry woo but woo found out he was back in korea and ran all the way to his house.
