The letter will be mentioned in the next chapter, at least it was mentioned in the novel, so just wait for it.
Rose wouldn't be able to hide the fact she kidnapped Ripley anyway. It will be revealed in the next chapter. Hopefully it will be mentioned anyway, because it was explained in the novel.
As far as I know, the other kidnapper wasn't mentioned but since Rose(the mastermind) will get her punishment in the next chapter, then I assume the other kidnapper also got one.
Everything will be explained in the next chapter. Nothing is skipped, just delayed for the next chapter...
Ripley's trauma wasn't really mentioned much, or more like she's the type to not dwell on it too much.
Also remember that aristocrats have privileges, so don't expect that Rose gets a heavy punishment that you would expect to a commoner.
Okay for starters, what about that letter she wrote about her running away with somebody else? Is that going to pop up anytime soon or was it forgotten? Did nobody get that letter? Another thing, if that is Rose, what is up with her? I would be trying to hide from the fact I was trying to kidnapped the king's bride or whatever. A third thing is, what about the other kidnappers? What about the trial? Was that just skipped over? Would anyone else have been bored to see what had happened to her and the criminals? They just basically skipped over a lot of the things and you would have thought, hey, how did she handle that trauma? Or was she like, oh well just another Tuesday. This is ridiculous. They just glad Stover a really vital part of what could have been character growth and then they have roses pop up. So it's legal to kidnap girls in this world? That's considered a misdemeanor or the same as ripping of label off a mattress? People died! Oh my God, if she says she didn't tattletale out on Rose because of some stupid excuse, I'm about to lose it. She should be slapping Rose or something. I mean, so she's cool now?
