The father is definitely the crown prince ain’t no doubt on it but the serial killer is definitely Rafael think about it four months ago he confessed and Louis said he’d think on it but later on don’t even remember he said that and as the months went by Rafael probably got frustrated of waiting and probably started lashing out slowly didn’t you see how intrusive he was when Louis came to see the prince and one more evidence is all the victims have the same build as Louis which for some reason no one as notice they have black hair , white skin and tall like him whether it’s a female or male . I feel like the serial killer is rafael lol. And it seems like louis was under the influence of the drug, which is why he cant remember who he had sex with. Maybe rafael slipped him the drug, and the prince found him, and they got it on?
