In my country you're an adult when you turn 18 years old. You can get a license, vote, get married, buy alcohol. In my country you can have sex with someone older than you when you turn 15 years old.
No one thinks that someone who's 18 year old is a child. You are a grown up, an adult. And should be treated as such.
Grooming is towards a child. An 18 year old is not a child. A paedophile is someone attracted to kids under 13!
