What happened in ch 14? Did dooshik heard that pearboy is using him for paying his debt?? ...

hey so i compared the two verisions and the translation is way off so imma try to clarify it :)

so from the start of the chapter the boss is pissed off at Jooha (his name is spelt Jooha on the official chapters but the unofficial ones used Juha) The boss points out how Jooha changed himself from his hair cut to him ignoring the boss yesterday night. The boss yells at Jooha for being so spoiled and arrogant because the boss helped Jooha get out of his debt in the past.

But then Jooha threatens the boss with scissors because he’s tired of the abused and the guilt the boss is inflicting. Then he says “Don’t you think I know that the pearls are excuses? You’re only doing this to satisfy your perverted sexual desires”

And then Jooha shoved the bag of pearls saying that he’ll pay off his debt as long as he isn’t used to fulfill the boss’s desires again.

And the boss asks if Jooha’s new toy is just to make him cum pearls and that’s all. (I think the boss knows that the toy is Dooshik)

Then Dooshik comes running in. He gets a flashback where his blond friend (i forgot his name lol) says “Hyung don’t you get it? Eunwoo was only after your money from the very beginning. How are you still thinking about him after everything he’s done to you?”

I think Dooshik was in love with Eunwoo or something and gave him money so Eunwoo could be happy. But in the end, Eunwoo only liked Dooshik for his money. I think he gets that flashback because it kinda parallels (but not really) with Jooha’s situation where he’s only connected to the boss for money. So in a sense, Dooshik and Jooha suffered because of money and debt and hate their situation which i think why Dooshik escaped to the countryside in the first place. Dooshik was able to escape but Jooha can’t.

I don't think that is it. Juha showed interest in dooshik because through him he could extract more pearls( maybe because of his size or maybe juha likes him unconsciously). So in a way juha is using dooshik for money . I want to know if dooshik figured this out in ch 14 and that is why he remembered his ex who like juha used him for money???
