That is why this is just a story. The author never said they appreciate this kinda relationship. But for me it was interesting to read and find where the author leads such a trope. But do I want myself with a psycho rapist. Nope. Do I like reading such complicated psychotic plots? Yope.
This is where ya use a gr8 thing called "common sense" to separate reality from fiction. Though I understand that such plots might just not be ur cup of tea.

Honestly the relationship looked forced ... the characters were really pretty... but the plot like I didn’t like how he forced his best friend to have sex with him until he falls for him ?????? Like this doesn’t sit right with me ... I really appreciate the author but the plot and their relationship was toxic af so nope
