true true however I think a lot of readers want athy to be happy bc of all the crap she's gone through and Jennette has a bad habit of unintentionally getting in the way of that, I just wish athy could be happy first and then the story could shift to Jennette bc I truly don't want to hate her but there are certain moments

Look, I really liked Athy at first because she goes through a lot and I disliked Janette a lot. But now she's really too pitiable. She's just a puppet moved by her real father that doesn't love her either.
Differently from the original story, Janette is ignored or hated by everyone. Even her real family.
I think family is something everyone wants. A lover or a friend is something precious but family is the basic. Everyone has a family. Even Athy has Claude, but Janette? She has none who truly cherish her.

exactly what she said but i really just want Jennete to be more realistic ig because i really want to overthrone that late emperor. And if you look closely in the latest ch, you now know that jenette will might or already be a big obstacle in the future because of the late emperor manipulative ass and jenette who always doubt the wrong person in the story and doesnt have a real fam. welp this is a slow burn mah guys ╥﹏╥

Unluckily people become wiser because of unpleasant experiences.
How a child learns that fire burns and that it can be hurtful? By touching it.
People don't get wiser randomly or with a click of your fingers, like for magic, but through life's experiences. Meeting people who manipulate them, or take advantage of them or make fun of them.
Personally, when I was in my middle/high school I was like Janette. I was so 'innocent' that other people made fun of me and bullied me a lot because I wasn't 'wise enough'. Dealing with people like that, I grew up and now I am similar to Athy.
Experiences changes a lot a person's attitude or personality.

Ik that already and am aware of it even if I'm not like you because I always consider first people's perspective and what effects they may have when he/she has experienced something like you just said but as I said it's a slow burn for Janette. And chill sis I'm just saying mah opinion, and btw your writing style some people might perceive your comment as being unnecessary defensive or asking for a fight(for sensitive peeps). So, ima just say it here.

Look, I don't know how this can result unnecessary defensive. I am not attacking anyone. I am just explaining my pov and reported my personal experience to make an example on how a person behavior and personality changes through tough experiences.
I didn't insult anyone. I didn't used bad words. How this can be perceived as asking for a fight?
Plus English is not even my first language so...
It's really laughable how soms people keep expecting from Janette some 'common sense' and 'use her brain'.
I'm questioning if most of the readers can read 'between the lines' of the manwha or they just passively read what they see without questioning further and use the famous brain.exe, lol.
Firstly, Janette is a little girl. How old is she? 14? 15? (I don't exactly remember but that's the age, approximately) How do you expect a girl that us a little more than a kid being so mature? Of course Athy is more mature than Janette, but just because the real person inside her is older and she lived TWO times.
Secondly, Janette is not stupid. She's just really innocent and hopeful. She's the typical girl that, to not be hurt by the truth, keeps deluding herself with the imaginary world that she created. She's just pursuing her happiness or what she thinks may be the happiness for her. It's not rare for a girl (or a boy) of her age doing that.
