I am bit confused. How does the guy know her as madam ercella but doesnt know which family she comes from? When i first read that part,I thought she was someone he knows because he knows her name(￣∇￣")

    Nope, they met at the library in the early chapters. He asked for her name there. Oh I think it was a book store
